Creditcrest Contracts

Write it once, have it signed and keep it, in your own name.

Write it once. Keep it signed.

Templates, signing, a repository and renewals, in your own name and colours.

What you do here. Have a contract signed in your own brand: write the template, fill it in, and keep it with its renewal.

Try it on an invented companyTry it end to endTake the tour
You bring
Your wording, with a blank wherever it changes
You get
Every party’s signature, its history and a signed PDF, in your own records
Holds the line
What has gone out never changes, and nothing is sent with a gap in it

Try it as a lender instead. Both are a shared sandbox, cleared daily: use invented details only.

How it works

  1. Write a templatePaste your wording. Each {{name}} in it becomes a field to fill in, and wording can depend on an answer. Or start from an example.
  2. Make a contractFill it in, say who signs and see the whole document. Change its wording for this one if you need to.
  3. Send itEach signer gets your email with a link, in your colours. They read it, draw their signature and type their name, on any phone. Creditcrest Sign seals the evidence.
  4. Keep itEvery contract, its history and a signed PDF, in your own database. Reminders go out by themselves, and it tells you before one ends.

With a loan

A lender gets a contract for each lending product to read and make its own: small, medium, personal, car, home and business. The financial table, what is mortgaged, the warnings and the information statement stay the software’s, and the borrower signs in their account. A guarantee or anything else that goes with a loan is a contract like any other.

In your brand

Your logo and colours on the signing page, the emails and the PDF, your own words for what a signer agrees to, and your own reference numbers. A signer sees you.

What it will not do

It does not host your database or set it up: you bring that, once, in your own cloud account, about ten minutes for anyone technical. It does not write your contracts or advise on them, and has no redlining or AI review. Some documents cannot be signed this way everywhere: wills, some deeds and powers of attorney, and a credit provider’s default notices. Whether a contract can be signed electronically is for your adviser.

Price

$1.65 a completed contract, however many sign it, GST included. No seats, no minimum: a draft, a template, a user and a contract nobody signs cost nothing. A loan’s own contract signed in a hosted account is included. Signing a one-off document without any of this is Creditcrest Sign, at $0.55 a signature.

For a program

POST /v1/l/<id>/contracts makes a contract from a template and can send it. GET /v1/contracts lists every call. A webhook tells you when each person signs, and when it is complete.
