Creditcrest Growth

Where applications come from, counted in people rather than clicks; what a funded loan cost; and the limits a lender sets itself — experiments that may not touch the credit, reminders that stop, and guardrails that pause everything when a harm measure moves.

Guardrails — paused

Growth activity pauses until every measure is back inside its limit.

What no experiment may change

eligibility, serviceability, credit policy, fees, disclosures, declarations, urgency, the control group’s treatment.

Reminders that stop

application resume

A saved application left for 45 minutes gets an email, then a text a day later, and never a third. It stops when the application is submitted, withdrawn or expires, or the person opts out.

contract unsigned

A contract the lender has offered and the borrower has not yet signed gets an email and then a text a day later. It may not say funds are reserved or create urgency.

arrears support

A missed repayment gets a service message with the amount, the day, how to fix an error and how to ask for hardship help — then a text three days later, and no more under this journey. It is not marketing and never offers new credit.

payout confirmation

A loan paid out gets one message confirming it, and, where money is owed back, when it will be returned.

post-loan feedback

One request for feedback a week after a loan closes, with no incentive tied to borrowing again. Feedback is kept out of any credit assessment.

returning customer

Marketing to a former customer: express consent, no hardship, complaint or vulnerability, at most one message a period — and for a small amount lender, s 133CF stops it for anybody who has held or applied for one, which is almost everybody this journey is for.

Every reminder goes through the same rules as any message from Creditcrest Portal. Events refuse personal information: a property that looks like a name, an email address, a phone number or an identity document is not kept.
